What is your return policy?

All sales are final once the order has been processed and/or shipped. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns.

How long does candy stay fresh?

When stored properly in a cool, dry place, our candy stays fresh for 6-12 months.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled if the order has not been made and/or shipped. Cancellations are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee.

Will my order be made on TikTok Live?

Orders are not guaranteed to be made on TikTok Live.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do NOT offer international shipping at the moment.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship out of our California Warehouse.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

We offer economy and standard shipping options. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Economy shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final once the order has been processed and/or shipped.

Refunds will not be given for reasons that are out of our control, including the incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once we receive a request, we will verify that the order has not been processed and/or shipped. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus a 10% cancellation fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
