Refunds

All sales are final once the order has been processed and/or shipped.

Refunds will not be given for reasons that are out of our control, including the incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once we receive a request, we will verify that the order has not been processed and/or shipped. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus a 10% cancellation fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Returns

All sales are final once the order has been processed and/or shipped.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns. If your items come incorrect, please contact us at Support@xoesweet.com and provide details with photographs of the product.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if the order has not been made and/or shipped, cancellations are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee.
