Shipping Methods
- Economy typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Standard typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout.
Temperature & Handling
We take special care when shipping candy to ensure it arrives fresh and delicious:
- All candy is carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit
- We recommend ordering during cooler months or purchase Ice Packs
- Products may arrive slightly soft in hot weather but will firm up once cooled
- We are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions during transit
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please ensure your address is correct—Xoe Sweet is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
International Shipping
We currently do NOT ship to international destinations.
